His hair is always cut to a buzz. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Carter. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Carter business.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He's also a talented Sailor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'4" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He sports a long blonde beard, and similarly colored long hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. The war was a terrible time for him, and Chad does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When Chad reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: He is a mite stocky and is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He wears his chestnut hair down. His eyes are violet and beady.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Wymar was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Wymar was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Description: This slender man stands about 5'4". He wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a quarterstaff, but if one is not available he will default to his nunchaku. His hair is short and red. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and regain custody of his daughter
