History: Hugh was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to find somewhere to settle down
