History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now mingles about in high society.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When Justin reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Herbalist for hire.
