Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and balancing his hectic life and new masseuse responsibilities is difficult

History: William was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats.
