History: Bernard was born the youngest of three triplets. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
