History: Bernard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He struck the Guard job and began his own company from there.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Roger grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Farmer responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job
