History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Through the years after Gilbert was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Gilbert's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Born to a Miller, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Patrick's homeland. Patrick decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born in a small desert village. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Ralf was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.
