Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Knight they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Bookbinder, and he later adopted a second son.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Miller for hire.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying west to reunite his family. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
