History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
