History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Through the years after Shane was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Shane's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Heward does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He's also a talented Spy, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He worked as a nervous Knight and found it very stressful. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
