The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Diggory lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He found a children's book about a Human Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and regain custody of his daughter
