He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. He wears his golden hair down. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. A true patriot, Hugh would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Laborer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Seamstress, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. Percival liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Percival fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
