History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gilbert was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He bought a shortbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and to reunite with his old friends
