History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Miles alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
