Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His hair is white and very short. He has a dull look in his hazel eyes.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Merchant. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting goblins, the young Reynard began to lead the lost caravan. He tends to his Merchant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Merchant responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears tattered old clothes. His white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. This brown eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Tanner profession.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He found a children's book about a Human Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He tends to his Weaver job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'8". He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with blue lining and desert motifs, and his gloved hand is found clutching a club. His blonde hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He has blue eyes.
Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Theodoric grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He has a crush on the local Scribe; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: Standing 5'0", this man wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His red hair has been sun bleached extensively. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: Born in the north to a Map Maker, Roger learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: He was born into a rich family. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
