Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Charles lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. After a long history of fighting, Charles and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Randal grew up listening to his mother's many stories. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.
