Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He got into the Shoemaker business at a young age. Balimaar liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: He was born in a small plains village. A gifted student he started as a Body Guard, but he got bored and became a Sailor. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
