Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: He got into the Shoemaker business at a young age. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He tends to his Shoemaker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a shoemaker and was forced into it by his family
