Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is an amazing painter.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). In the meantime he has taken over work as a Fortune-teller and occasionally as a mercenary.
