He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Hugh was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His hair is short and red. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He takes great joy in being the best Sculptor in town.

History: Gunter lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Baker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Sculptor, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has a dull look in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many tan ritualistic tattoos. He wears just a black suit. His chestnut hair is smooth and relatively long. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Lance was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
