History: Bernard lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

History: Aldous was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
