His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Don was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Hugh alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
