History: Manfred hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Description: He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barkeep hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Drogo was born the youngest of three triplets. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His parents enrolled him in a Wizard school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. After a long history of fighting, Henry and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has money and likes to spend it
