History: Robert was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Jocelyn was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

His attire stands in sharp contrast to his shield, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a card on it. His tied-back hair is black. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he desires power and/or immortality
