Description: He wears pastel robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a shortspear, but if one is not available he will default to his shortbow. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his shortbow, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. His long golden hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Nicholas and his spouse have recently divorced.

His one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born in a small plains village. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is greedy

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and wears dull brown sweaters, loose blue pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed sickle, just in case. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has a red handlebar mustache and slicked back red hair. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shepherd for hire.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor
