History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Kody was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Norman wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Expert, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Norman lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
