Description: This man stands a little under 5'4" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a black vest and prefers grey and white shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He wears his black hair down. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Gifted from a young age, Jocelyn studied abroad. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own.
