History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Alex grew up listening to his father's many stories. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sailor and was forced into it by his family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Through the years after Gerard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Gerard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Gerard and his spouse have recently divorced.
