History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Adelard liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Engraver they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Layabout, and he later adopted a second son.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Slave Trader hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
