Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Gifted from a young age, Rolf studied abroad. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.
