Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Gifted from a young age, Manfred studied abroad. His first spouse was a Ruler, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
