History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Peter was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Engraver. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
