History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Gilbert liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Conrad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Born in the west to a Priest, Henry learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears an entirely grey suit with tan socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He has a black handlebar mustache and slicked back black hair. His fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Unemployed. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Unemployed responsibilities is difficult.
