History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Miller. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Hugh was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He worked as a nervous Miller and found it very stressful. He became a Miller soon after.
