Description: He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty red coat over it. He is portly but not overly obese. His hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: Lance was born the youngest of three triplets. Lance liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His hair is cut close to his head. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He's also a talented Roofer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: To be a Roofer again.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with blue colored cloaks and clothing. His hair is golden, silky, and of moderate length. His green eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: Anselm is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Anselm was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Anselm's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he feels kind of lost in life
