He is dressed in earthy colors with a tan and green handkerchief worn on his right side. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. He has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. The war was a terrible time for him, and Bertram does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. His eyes are brown.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Clerebold embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Clerebold is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Clerebold lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and retire the richest man in the south

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
