Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. After coming to the age of reason, Peter took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland.
