His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. History: Raymond was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born into a rich family. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ernest fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dean grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
