Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: Tim hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Tim alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
