History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Personality: Charles hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Charles was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Fisher, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
