Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. After coming to the age of reason, Tim took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
