Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He has shaved his head bald. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He is greedy; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Frederick abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Ruler they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Shipwright, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and wants to raise his children well

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He sports yellow clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His hair is long and golden with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small yellow clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. The war was a terrible time for him, and Don does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Don grew up listening to his father's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Adam grew up listening to his father's many stories. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break.
