History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Wymar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Jeweler they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Bookbinder, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bookbinder and was forced into it by his family; and wants to raise his children well

He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is a Laborer first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He became a Laborer soon after.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His childhood dream was to be a Ploughman, but he was a colossal failure. He tends to his Adventurer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he is unsatisfied with his job
