Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. Frederick enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born in the east. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
