Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Born to a Bounty Hunter, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Detective hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
