He struck the Dyer job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Ralf was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gifted student he started as a Banker, but he got bored and became a Painter. He now owns his own business.

He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carpenter for hire.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he wears a grey feathered hat and grey clothes. His silver hair is long and unkept. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Lewis is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents enrolled him in a Ranger school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bellfounder they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Sage, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and he seems to be bored by most things
