Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Roland has worked very hard to control his curse. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greataxe.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Conrad was born with his father's beautiful face. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Conrad alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. A true patriot, Ralf would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Ralf has worked very hard to control his curse. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Animal Trainer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Godfrey was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and revenge
