History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Roland was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
