Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Percival will drive conversation. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

He has dyed his greying blonde hair a little too much giving a sharp blonde color. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He found a children's book about a Human Expert who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
