Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Justin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Bertram was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency.
